Farm & Agency Pricing Terms

Workers: A$0 forever

FarmMatch does not charge workers a recruitment, placement, matching or attendance fee and does not require a deposit or bond. Workers do not enter card details to apply, confirm a match or receive farm contact details.

Farm plans

• Free Farm — A$0: one live role at a time and up to three farm-confirmed workers in a rolling 90-day period. Draft editing is available; role archive, cloning and seasonal relaunch are not included.
• Season — A$149 including GST: one 90-day pass with up to three live roles, ten farm-confirmed workers, automated candidate outreach, archive, cloning and relaunch.
• Grower — A$349 including GST: one 90-day pass with up to five live roles, thirty farm-confirmed workers, automated candidate outreach, archive, cloning, relaunch and priority support.
• Draft roles do not count toward a live-role limit. A worker counts when the farm first confirms that candidate through the matching workflow.

Seasonal pass payment and expiry

Season and Grower are one-off 90-day purchases and do not automatically renew. The pass begins when Stripe confirms payment. At expiry, the farm returns to Free Farm limits; existing records remain available, but publishing, confirming additional workers and paid reuse functions are subject to the current plan allowance.

Large operators and agencies

Businesses needing more than five simultaneous live roles, more than thirty confirmed workers in a season, multiple recruiter seats or agency candidate-search access use a tailored plan. FarmMatch confirms the scope and price in writing before charging. See Large Operator & Agency Access.

Changes, refunds and plan limits

Nothing is charged without an express checkout or written agreement. If a checkout is cancelled, the current plan does not change. Except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, a used seasonal pass is not refundable for a change of mind. FarmMatch will provide reasonable notice of material future price or inclusion changes; a change does not shorten a pass already purchased.

Historical worker transactions

The worker fee and deposit model was retired for new matches on 25 August 2026. Any earlier transaction, refund or dispute remains recorded and will be handled under the terms disclosed when that transaction occurred. Historical records are not deleted by this pricing change.
